21-year-old man arrested, accused of sexually assaulting child in Racine County

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine County sheriff's officials arrested a 21-year-old man who is accused of sexually assaulting a child. 

Officials say Seth Beining initially denied assaulting a small child. The child was taken to the hospital and signs of assault were apparent. According to the sheriff's office, Beining later admitted having sexual contact with the child on numerous occasions. 

Beining is being held at the Racine County Jail on the following charges that were submitted to the Racine County District Attorney's Office: 

  • First degree sexual assault of a child < 13 years old (three counts) 
  • First degree repeated sexual assault of same child
