BAYSIDE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A $200 million proposed project along I-43 in Bayside includes a 30-story apartment tower, grocery store, and office space.
It's 28 acres north of Brown Deer Road, east of I-43 and west of Port Washington Road.
The tower would have 260 to 280 apartments.
Demolition would need to be done to several office buildings on the site.
Construction is expected to begin next spring.
