2 teens among 4 people shot overnight in Milwaukee
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is actively investigating two separate shootings that occurred in the early hours Sunday, June 18. The first shooting involved two teenage girls, aged 14 and 15, and took place near 22nd and Clybourn.
MPD reports that at around 1:21 a.m., the two girls sustained non-fatal injuries and were transported to a local hospital. Authorities are searching for unidentified suspects.
The second reported shooting occurred a little over an hour later, at approximately 2:35 a.m. near Jefferson and E. Wisconsin. A 24-year-old male from Marshall sustained multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical but stable condition. Another victim, a 21-year-old male from Madison, also sustained a non-fatal injury.
