2 people injured in separate shootings in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings that left people injured on  Thursday, July 15.

The first one happened around 7:30 p.m in Walkers Point near S. 11th St and W. Madison Ave.

A 22-year-old Milwaukee man sustained non-fatal injuries. 

The second shooting took place around 8:30 p.m. in Franklin Heights near N. 24th Pl. and W Nash St.

A 26-year-old Milwaukee man sustained non-fatal injuries. 

He was taken to a local hospital. 

In both shootings, police are looking for unknown suspects.
