19-year-old Milwaukee man in serious condition following shooting Sunday

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened Sunday morning, Dec. 5, at an unknown location.

Officials say the shooting occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. Sunday.

Police report that the victim, a 19-year-old Milwaukee man, suffered a single gunshot wound and later presented himself to an area hospital.

Authorities indicate that the victim is in serious condition but is expected to survive.

Law enforcement is investigating the location where the shooting occurred, and the circumstances leading up to the shooting.

Milwaukee police are reportedly seeking an unknown suspect in relation to the shooting.
