18-year-old arrested after showing gun during fight after pick up game at Fond du Lac High School

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Fond du Lac Police Department has arrested an 18-year-old Fond du Lac man for a disturbance in the parking lot of Fond du Lac High School that happened Tuesday evening.

Police were called to the school around 9:45 p.m. May 29 for a report of a verbal fight and display of gun. The fight was apparently over a pick up game of basketball that happened during open gym hours at the school.

When officers arrived no one was there.

After an investigation officers were able to confirm that a gun was displayed and threats made towards another man. 

The suspect was arrested Friday afternoon and is facing potential charges of second degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of a gun in a school zone and carrying a concealed weapon.
