MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department says a 13-year-old teen is hurt following a shooting during the morning hours on Sat. May 24. 

The shooting happened at around 8:59 a.m., near 39th and Rohr Ave.

Police say they took the 13-year-old victim to the hospital.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation.

Police say no arrests have been made as they continue to search for suspect(s).
