MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) – A train derailed Monday night in Menomonee Falls, according to police.
Authorities say 13 train cars derailed near Lannon Rd. and Mill Rd. 11 of the cars were empty and two were carrying scrap metal.
Police say no one was hurt and there is no danger to the community. Union Pacific Railroad is on the scene cleaning up and making repairs. The cause of the derailment remains under investigation.
