12-Hour Ramp Closure Starts This Morning at Goerkes Corners

If you travel along I-94 in Waukesha County you will need to plan ahead if you use the Goerkes Corners off ramp. 

Starting at 8 a.m. this morning the I-94 off ramp to Barker Rd will close for 12 hours for crash cushion repairs.  The repairs are needed following an accident last week which damaged the barrier. 

Drivers that normally use this exit can exit at Moorland Rd and take either Bluemound Rd or Greenfield Ave and head west to access the Goerkes Corners area.

Delays are anticipated throughout the day.  The off ramp is expected to reopen by 8 p.m. tonight.
