MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A woman is dead following a crash on Highway 145 near Silver Spring.

It happened around 11:19 p.m. on Tuesday.

The woman was pronounced dead on Friday.

Tyshawn Combs, 21, is charged with two counts of First Degree Reckless Injury, Operating While License is Suspended Causing Great Bodily Harm, and Neglecting a Child.

The investigation remains ongoing.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Late Tuesday night around 11:20 p.m. the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash on State highway 145 near Silver Spring.

Deputies performed life support duties to the victims of the crash. 

Two adults were taken to the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center and a child was taken to Children's Hospital. The driver has non-life threatening injuries and was released from the hospital where he was arrested for first-degree reckless injury and operating with a suspended license. 

A female passenger has serious injuries and is in critical condition. The child is also being treated.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Fire Department says one person was transported to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin following a crash late Tuesday night.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the crash happened on Highway 145 near 91st St. around 11:15 p.m.

The highway was closed for several hours following the crash. There’s no word on the cause of the crash or any other possible injuries.
