$1,000 in sneakers, comforter stolen from woman's home in Brown Deer
BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brown Deer Police are investigating a burglary after a woman said sneakers and her comforter were stolen.
The 34-year-old woman told police someone came into her home in the area of N. 49th Street sometime between 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 1 and 12:35 a.m. on July 2.
The woman said several pairs of brand name sneakers, valued at over $1,000 were taken from her bedroom closet along with her comforter. She reportedly told investigators she believed it was her ex-girlfriend.
