MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- While the recent warm snap may not last long, temperatures in the 70s are a poignant reminder that there is still fun to be had by visiting the zoo.
The Zoological Society of Milwaukee is taking it one step further by allowing folks to get a fun workout while spending a day at the Milwaukee County Zoo.
Katie Krecklow, the communications and public relations manager with the Zoological Society of Milwaukee joined us on Thursday, Nov. 3 to discuss the Zumba Fitness Party at the Zoo, which is returning after a short hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
No experience is needed, with all levels of Zumba experience welcome as long as they are 14 years old. Each participant can sponsor their favorite animal.
The fitness fundraiser takes place on Nov. 12 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. More details can be found by clicking here.
