MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Two prominent Milwaukeeans were honored Tuesday at City Hall.
This year’s Zeidler Awards went to Jesus Salas and Reggie Jackson.
Salas devoted his life to migrant worker issues and Jackson is a public speaker and historian on African American history and equal rights.
The award is named after the former Milwaukee mayor and was created to recognize leaders who work with marginalized members of society.
