MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new spot to grab sandwiches and have a conversation is gearing up to open in Milwaukee on Saturday, Oct. 18.
Ahead of the opening, Your Office Restaurant and Bar representatives joined us on Tuesday, Aug. 26. Lisa Proeber, director of sales and marketing, Nick Starr, director of community relations and strategic vision and Michael Sorge, director of operations all joined us to talk about the food lineup that will be featured on the breakfast and late-night menus.
Their dishes will include the Breakfast Brat, which combines scrambled eggs, American cheese, sauce and sautéed onion on a brat bun, and the Eggy Sandwich, made with scrambled eggs, a protein choice and cheese. The menu also features the Smash Burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and Boss Soss, as well as a fried Bologna Sandwich served with chips.
