MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Inspiration Four, the worlds first mission to space with an all-civilian crew, will make history this September.
Hayley Arceneaux will serve as the crew's medical officer.
At 29 years old she will be the youngest American to go into space, but it will not be her toughest journey.
Hayley Arceneaux is also the first pediatric cancer survivor to leave the planet.
At ten years old, she was diagnosed with bone cancer.
Arceneaux talked to CBS 58 this morning about it all.
