MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It's not unusual during the pandemic to see people gathered on mats in a park or along the lakefront, using yoga to bring balance back to lives that have been thrown off kilter.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Brittany Lewis met Joanna Brooks of Embody Yoga who’s working to make this fitness trend more inclusive and accessible to people of color.
