(CBS 58) – As the holiday season approaches, a new virtual program is working to honor our nation’s fallen heroes.
Wreaths Across America is a yearly tradition to remember, honor and teach by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery and other locations in all 50 states.
This year, there will be both in-person and online events. For the first time, people across the country will be able to watch volunteers lay wreaths on the graves of veterans to commemorate their sacrifices.
