MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a scene where a 36-year-old woman was shot through her right thigh at around 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 4, 2022 near 65th St. and Bobolink Ave. 

The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for non-fatal injuries. 

This shooting is the result of domestic violence.

Milwaukee Police continue to seek a known suspect.
