Woman shot during domestic dispute in Ozaukee County; Suspect identified

GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The suspect involved in a domestic violence dispute at occurred Friday, Oct. 24, has been identified as 53-year-old Guy Paider. 

He has been charged with first degree attempted homicide and reckless endangering of safety. 

The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office in a press release states the 48-year-old victim remains in stable condition. 


GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Friday, Oct. 24, Ozaukee officers responded to a call regarding a domestic violence incident at a residence along Lake Shore Rd in the Town of Grafton. 

Grafton police were first to arrive and entered the home where they heard a woman calling for help. As they approached a man fired multiple shots, hitting the woman. 

The man, a 53-year-old, was taken into custody without incident. 

The woman, a 48-year-old, was flown to Froedtert Hospital for serious injuries. 

No officers were injured and there is no ongoing threat to the public. 

The incident is under investigation and charges are pending.
