Woman reunited with dog lost during pile up on I-94

RACINE COUNTY -- A Madison woman has been reunited with her dog after losing her during a multiple car accident on I-94 in Racine County.

Valorie says she was heading back to Madison after visiting relatives in Racine. Within two minutes of getting on I-94, Valorie was rear ended by a semi-truck. Her vehicle was hit about three more times after being hit by the semi-truck.

Valorie's dog Kirra went missing following the accidents on I-94. Valorie told CBS 58, she usually keeps her dog in the hatchback area of her car. Valorie says she was too ill from her injuries to look for the dog, and was transported to a hospital from the scene of the accident.
