TOWN OF BRYON, FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office says fire officials located the body of a 35-year-old Fond du Lac woman while battling a camper fire.

The incident took place on Sun. Feb. 15, shortly before 11:00 a.m., at the Breezy Hill Campground in the Town of Byron.

Officials say a man and three children were able to safely the exit the camper, but the woman was reported to be inside still.

While extinguishing the fire, personnel found the victim inside deceased.

The fire, which appeared to have originated in the kitchen area, was quickly brought under control.

The man and three children did receive medical attention from their injuries sustained from the first. 

The incident remains under investigation by the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office. The cause of the fire and the manner of death have not yet been determined.
