Double shooting near 87th and Congress leaves 1 dead, 1 injured

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim of a double shooting near 87th and Congress as 31-year-old Cortney Harvey.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting Wednesday night, March 11 near 87th and Congress.
Officers were called to the area around 7:08 p.m. where they found two victims, according to police. A 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second victim, a 39-year-old, was taken to a local hospital and is being treated for injuries.
The suspect is not yet in custody.
