MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A woman is facing charges in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Milwaukee.
According to a criminal complaint, 50-year-old Sandra Rybka is facing charges including second degree reckless homicide, hit-and-run resulting in death and knowingly operating a car while suspended.
The crash happened on May 24 near Layton and Evergreen.
Authorities say the victim and Rybka got into a fight and later, Rykbka hit the victim with her car, dragging her and then running her over.
