MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A woman is facing charges in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Milwaukee.
According to a criminal complaint, 50-year-old Sandra Rybka is facing charges including second degree reckless homicide, hit-and-run resulting in death and knowingly operating a car while suspended.
The crash happened on May 24 near Layton and Evergreen.
Authorities say the victim and Rybka got into a fight and later, Rykbka hit the victim with her car, dragging her and then running her over.
Rybka admitted to running the victim over but said it was not intentional.
She says she left the scene because she had been drinking.
