WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A woman has been charged in Waukesha with trying to get away from police only to claim officers caught the wrong person.
37-year-old Dianna Warchol took off from police last Friday in Waukesha and reached speeds up to 85 mph.
Dashcam video released Friday shows officers stopping a chase of the woman out of concern for public safety.
After getting a tip from someone who lived near her police were able to find the woman.
She claimed they were after someone else and that she was not the person they wanted. She faces up to three and a half years in prison if convicted.
