Woman arrested for OWI after reportedly nodding off in Culver's drive-thru

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 39-year-old Milwaukee woman is arrested after police say she was nodding off while in the drive-thru of a local Culver’s.

According to Brown Deer investigators, the incident happened just before 9:00 p.m. Monday. A Culver’s employee called Brown Deer police to report the woman.

The woman was later arrested for OWI – first offense and taken to the station, booked, cited, and released.
