Woman arrested for battery after calling cops on son

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) – A woman is arrested after investigators say she called police on her son.

According to Brown Deer Police, the 42-year-old woman told police she had been assaulted by her 25-year-old son in the 9000 block of Brandybrook Trail around 11:30 p.m. on Friday. After an investigation, police say the woman bit her son’s arm and he pushed her in self-defense.

The woman was arrested for domestic violence-battery.
