MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The woman accused of stabbing a Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.
Betty Roberts waived her preliminary hearing.
Police say Roberts refused to pay her bus fare earlier this month. When the driver confronted her, Roberts stabbed him in the arm.
She will be back in court later this month.Â
