Wisconsin unemployment rate stays at record low for second straight month

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) – Wisconsin’s unemployment rate stayed at a record-low for the second straight month in May.
The State Department of Workforce Development says the unemployment rate held at 2.8%.
The labor force participation rate also went up in May to nearly 69%. The state estimates more than 3 million people were employed last month.
