Wisconsin Mopar Muscle Club to showcase classic cars on Father's Day 🚗
WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Mopar Muscle Club is getting set to host its 42nd annual Spring Fling Car Show. Over 120 classic and modern vehicles, meticulously restored, will be at the event, showcasing the history of Mopar cars.
Brands on display include Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Plymouth, DeSoto and Imperial, with models hailing from the 1920s through to the 1970s and beyond.
The show, taking place on Father's Day, Sunday, June 18, will be held at Kilpatrick Engine & Transmission Inc. in Waukesha from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The trophy presentation for the 21 awarded classes will occur at 2 p.m. Attendees will enjoy casting votes for their favorite cars.
Formed in 1981, the Wisconsin Mopar Muscle Club boasts 150 members from Southeastern Wisconsin, appealing to car enthusiasts and families alike, especially those searching for an auto-themed Father's Day activity.
Those interested in showcasing their Mopar vehicles can register at the show or in advance via the club's website at wmmc.net. Registration fees are $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Membership, available at $25 per year, can also be purchased on the website or at the show.
Attendance for spectators is free, with food and beverages available for purchase.
