WESTON, Wis. (WSAW) -- A 23-year-old Weston man has been charged with intentionally causing the death of a Yorkshire terrier.

An investigation began Feb. 4, after the dog's owner reported her boyfriend, Matthew Newton threw the dog against the wall twice, breaking the dog's neck.
