Wisconsin K9 Retires after 8 Years; 56 Dog Years

A beloved member of the Lacrosse Police Department gets one heck of a retirement party.

K9 Ralph has been with the force for 8 years that's 56 dog years by the way.

For his human counterparts, it just won’t be the same without him.

"Every day he's on the street with me, for the past five years, it's going to be odd going to work without him,” said Officer LeQue.

Determined not to let age slow him down, Ralph finished in first place for drug detection in a national competition just this year.
