Wisconsin Humane Society Rescues Stray Puppy

The Wisconsin Humane Society is asking for help paying for Tallulah’s veterinary care.

She was found as a stray by Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) and transferred to WHS.

She had zero range of motion in her dislocated elbow, and her leg was fractured.

According to Wisconsin Humane Society, Tallulah was in desperate need of help.

“Tallulah was a wonderful patient and is now recovering in our ICU with a stylish purple wrap to keep her protected while she heals. We’re so relieved now that she’s on her road to recovery, but we could really use help with her medical expenses,” posted the WHS on its Facebook page
