Wisconsin Humane Society Receives Check from Heart of Canal

A gift that will go a long way in helping pets looking for forever homes in our area and their new families.
The Wisconsin Humane Society received a check this morning for nearly $36,000.
It's part of Potawatomi's Heart of the Canal fundraiser.
That money will help fund children's camps, scout trips and educational programs for kids.
It's a cause near and dear to CBS 58.
The donation was sponsored by our parent company Weigel Broadcasting.
