Wisconsin high school teacher named semi-finalist for Grammy Music Educator of the year award

CALUMET COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) – The stars are gathering for music’s biggest night in Los Angeles for the 62^nd Annual Grammy Awards from the Staples Center and odds are, behind each of the Grammy nominated performers and producers was a teacher who inspired them to reach for the stars.

That includes a music teacher and choir director from Wisconsin who was named a semi-finalist for this year’s Grammy Music Educator Award. 

On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Pauleen Le visited the Fox Valley and discovered a teacher helping students hit the high notes in music and life.
