Wisconsin Fall Color Report Now Available

If Labor Day wasn't enough of a sign of the end of summer, then maybe this will be. Travel Wisconsin has activated their Fall Color Report showing when peak leaf color is happening across the state.

The award-winning report helps travelers find the best fall color and plan their seasonal getaway. Viewers can take advantage of this interactive map to locate peak foliage throughout Wisconsin’s fall color season and find nearby events, lodging, dining, and travel tips, like must-see rustic roads and autumn activities.

As of Tuesday morning, the Fall Color Report shows only Trempealeau County has 25% peak color. The rest of the state is at 0%.

More than 100 fall color reporters throughout the state provide updates for all 72 counties, making the Travel Wisconsin Fall Color Report the most timely and comprehensive report available. It is updated "virtually live," meaning reporters from chambers of commerce, visitor bureaus, tourism organizations and state parks and forests update their area’s status as conditions change.

If you are interested in updates from the Fall Color Report you can text "WI Fall" to 468311 to receive color report alerts or you can sign up to have the Fall Color Report emailed to you every Thursday.
