MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With the April deadline approaching, more people are filing their taxes and with their refund money, some will be looking to make home improvements. Unfortunately, both are targets for scam artists. Jim Temmer with the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin stopped by CBS 58 on Monday, Feb. 24 to talk tax preparedness.
