Winter parking regulations end in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Winter parking regulations in the City of Milwaukee have officially ended. The last night for the regulations was Thursday night into Friday morning, March 14 into 15.

Winter parking is scheduled to be over March 1 but the Department of Public Works extended it this year due to a large amount of snow covering many city streets.

DPW says many narrow streets continue to be impacted by snow and ice.

The Department of Public Works can still call an Overnight Snow Removal Operation if we get any more significant snow which would result in alternate side parking.
