Winning $100K and $50K Powerball tickets sold in Portage, Racine
RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- There were two big Wisconsin Powerball winners after the April 1 drawing.
A winning $100,000 ticket was sold at Fort BP in Portage, and a winning $50,000 Powerball ticket was purchased from Casey's General Store in Racine, according to Wisconsin Lottery.
Including these Powerball wins, 16 winning tickets of $50,000 or more have been purchased in Wisconsin in 2024.
The jackpot is now estimated at $1.09 billion for the next drawing on Wednesday night. It has an estimated cash value of $527.3 million, the fourth-largest Powerball jackpot and ninth-largest U.S. lottery jackpot.
