ELM GROVE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- This past Friday, two cars had their windows smashed and purses removed while the drivers were picking up or dropping off kids at the Elm Grove Preschool Daycare.
Minutes after the purses were taken, stolen credit cards were used by the suspect.
A witness told police they saw a suspicious person in the area but that witness never called police.
Police are using incident to remind the public to call 911 when something seems out of the ordinary.
