Wildlife Rehabilitation Center saves chunky raccoon that was stuck in tree den entrance

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at the Wisconsin Humane Society was able to save a raccoon that was stuck in a tree den entrance.

According to the center, raccoons put on weight in the fall to help them survive through the winter. One raccoon was larger than he thought and that's when he ended up getting stuck. The property owner called the center who was able to get the raccoon unstuck.

The raccoon spent the night in care before eventually being released back into the wild.
