WI Supreme Court accepts new lawsuit against Gov. Evers' emergency order
WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court accepted a lawsuit Wednesday, Oct. 28, challenging Governor Tony Evers' statewide mask mandate.
In a 4-3 decision, the court agreed to hear the case brought on by Republican donor and conservative think tank member Jeré Fabick, who says Evers overreached his authority in issuing multiple emergency orders during the pandemic.
