Whitefish Bay Police Investigating Multiple Forced Entry Burglaries and Stolen Vehicles
The Whitefish Bay Police Department is investigating four forced entry burglaries that have happened since March 1st in the community.
They are also investigating after five stolen vehicles were reported missing since the beginning of the year.
It is believed that all of the burglaries have happened between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Residents were not reported home at the time of the burglaries.
Whitefish Bay police are now working with surrounding agencies who have had similar burglaries and stolen vehicles in an effort to apprehend the individuals involved. Several of the vehicles that were taken had keys left in the vehicle. Police encourage residents to lock their vehicles and remove spare keys.
They also encourage residents to leave exterior lights on at night, and if anything suspicious happens to call 911 immediately.
