West Milwaukee Police ask for public’s help in fatal hit and run investigation

The West Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating the driver of a pick-up  truck seen in the area of a fatal hit and run accident this past November,  The Police believe the driver of the truck may have information that is critical to their investigation.   The West Milwaukee Police have released  a security camera photograph of the truck.

The fatal accident occurred on November 23, 2106  near W Mitchell Street and W Beloit Road as Peggy Cetnarowski was crossing the street around 11:10 PM.   She was stuck by a vehicle that fled the scene.  She later died of her injuries. 

The truck in the photo was possibly in West Allis prior to the incident.  It was last scene traveling  east on W Burnham Street.   It is not known if the vehicle has any damage

The West Milwaukee Police ask that anyone with information about the owner or operator of the pick-up truck please contact the West Milwaukee Police Department at 414-645-2151.
