West Bend Police arrest Chicago man for obstructing, 2nd OWI

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Chicago man was arrested for his 2nd OWI after police stopped him in West Bend for erratic driving.

Police located the vehicle around 2:30 a.m. on Monday near S. Indiana Avenue and Forest Street.

The 29-year-old man showed signs of intoxication, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, and blew a .135 in a PBT.

When the man was arrested, he gave a false name. Officers later identified him as a 29-year-old man from Chicago.

He is now charged with Obstructing and OWI - 2nd Offense.
