West Bend Police: 62-year-old Wauwatosa man arrested at Kwik Trip for OWI 4th Offense

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 62-year-old man was arrested and charged with OWI-4th Offense on Monday.

Officers responded to the 1700 block of Silverbrook Drive for a report of a vehicle being driven erratically in the Kwik Trip parking lot.

Officers identified the driver as a 62-year-old Wauwatosa resident.

He allegedly showed signs of impairment, admitted to using marijuana prior to driving, and was found to be in possession of marijuana and a smoking pipe.

He was arrested for OWI 4th Offense - Restricted Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
