West Allis Woman Facing Multiple Charges After Breaking Into Man's Home, Attacking his Wife
A West Allis woman is facing multiple charges following a fight that occurred in Jackson.
Jackson Police was dispatched to a single-family residence in March, regarding someone who had broken a window and was physically fighting with at least one person in the home.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying on top of the 24-year-old West Allis woman. After the parties were separated, the woman claimed that she had come to the house to pick up her one-year-old daughter. She claimed that the 50-year-old resident invited her in, grabbed her, threw her on the ground, and punched her in the nose without provocation.
The residents said they heard noises upstairs and found the woman crawling through a window that she had broken. She attacked the man's wife, pulling a chunk of hair from her head. At that time, the man punched the suspect in the face and put her on the ground.
The couple reported that the woman had originally given permission for them to watch the child but started texting them around 7 p.m., asking where she was.
According to police, the woman then showed up at the house, intoxicated, and banging on the window at which time the couple called the police.
The woman was arrested. She now faces charges of Disorderly Conduct, Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling.
Child Protective Services was also notified.
