West Allis Police investigating bluish tan car and driver following girl

West Allis Police Department is investigating a man following a young girl in a car this morning on West Lincoln Avenue. The same man is believed to have followed the girl a few days ago.

She was walking on West Lincoln Avenue and saw a black man drive by in a vehicle.  She reported to officers this was the same person and vehicle who had approached her two days ago.  This had not previously been reported to police.

She crossed the street to avoid the man, the vehicle turned around and pulled aside her. The man tried to speak to her, but she ignored him and continued walking.

The vehicle pulled into the parking lot and the girl walked inside a building ending their contact.   The juvenile ignored him on that occasion as well and went inside a building. The party is described as a black man, thin build, in his 20s or 30s, with short hair, and tattoos on his arms. The vehicle involved is described as a newer model four door vehicle, unknown license plates, and is bluish tan in color.
