MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee VA Medical Center is working to promote healthy relationships.
The Veterans Affairs Medical Center hosted a free event on Wednesday, Feb. 18 in hopes of giving veterans a better understanding of what healthy relationships are.
The monthly event is part of what's called the "Whole Health" program and utilizes a number of different workouts.
Veterans can try everything from yoga to Thai chi.
"Basically they love the programs here because it's keeping them healthy not only physically but mentally as well," said Dennis Fellie, volunteer.
The Whole Health program focuses on a different topic every month. If you're interested in getting involved, or just getting more information, contact the Milwaukee VA or CLICK HERE.
