“We’re doing the best we can:” Milwaukee DPW working to clear snow

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The City of Milwaukee’s Department of Public Works said it is facing challenges Monday while trying to clear roads of snow.
The department is using around 200 pieces of equipment but said the snow is coming down heavily.
“We’re doing the best job we can but with these conditions it’s very hard to address this,” Milwaukee Department of Public Works marketing and communications officer Brian DeNeve said.
DeNeve said blowing snow is also impacting DPW’s work. He asks the public to be patient with the department as they work to clear roads from the storm. The latest updates can be found on the DPW website.
