We Energies says the outage was caused by a damaged breaker

GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) – Around 2,300 We Energies customers in Glendale are without power as of 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday.
We Energies says crews are patrolling the area trying to determine the cause of the outage.
